We send your order using our reliable, nationwide courier. All deliveries are trackable and if you've provided us with an email address, you'll receive a delivery window.

Whilst we are passionate about creating beautiful gifts, we feel equally as strong about minimising our impact on the environment. Most of our packaging is either reusable, recyclable, biodegradable or compostable.

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
- Our delivery charge for each address is £5.95.
- We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
- Orders are despatched Monday-Friday, via a tracked courier, within 48hrs of purchase.
- Please allow up to three working days for delivery after despatch. During busy and festive periods, our courier may take a little longer to deliver. This is beyond our control and we are unable to take any liability.
- Orders placed after 5pm, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday, will be processed the next working day.
- Should you request that your order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, we are unable to take responsibility for damage or loss.
